I’ll start by saying I love my bronco

I recently did though pull the trigger on a V8 defender to add to my garage.

I have had my Bronco for 18 months and have put 6000 miles on it. Have had a defender for about 2 months and have about 1000 miles on it.

Things I like about the Bronco:
- Accessorizing the Bronco is among the funnest qualities of owning the vehicle. So many options from different retailers
- Love the hard top and the ability to take it off
- Great tire and wheel

Things I like about the Defender
- How accessible the various trims are at MSRP
- The build quality and comfort of the ride
- The air suspension system

The biggest drawback to the defender is the cost and availability of after market products.

Anyone have two off-road vehicles? Or had a recent experience with another make and model?

I’ve done a Frontrunner roof rack and lightbar. in the summer we run a roofnest.

have the metal oem cargo barrier for the pups.

just put 33’s on it.

Will do running boards or rocksliders at some point.

now that we have the Bronco, I don’t plan to go crazy with the defender.

Definitely places to drop some cash.
Parts are a lot pricier than for the Bronco of course.

Did you install a switch panel on your defender?

No other off-road vehicle, but I will say that if the Bronco didn't exist, a Land Cruiser might have been my first Toyota. A friend is getting one, so it will be fun to compare the two.

I definitely cross-shopped defender 90’s. Seemed a little too pricey for my wallet though. Not many 2-door SUVs out there to compete either.

my next vehicle might be one but that depends on how long I keep my bronco.

I like the way the defender looks, but not for price, lack of accessories, and the fact that Land Rover and quality do not go together. If I had disposable money that I could just throw away I would probably get one for when I go grocery shopping, but I like the way the bronco looks. I was looking at the defender before I got my bronco and glad I didn't picked it

I contemplated getting a defender during my long tenure of waiting for my Bronco; however, I plan on keeping the vehicle past 50k miles, so obviously, the choice was pretty clear.

Yep, a F-150 Lariat and a Bronco Heritage (incoming). I didn't realize just how fantastic my F150 was until I test drove an Ineos Grenadier at $89K and the Ford outclasses it in every way (space, size, comfort, height, power). I've already had 2 Broncos so I'm thoroughly familiar with them. I had both a Bronco and Grenadier on order, they're both scheduled for Q1, I was going to sell the truck and have both, but I'm taking the Bronco and keeping my F-150. (to be fair, the IG was nice, and looks really good, just not good enough to justify in my opinion)
