Did Mark Grueber ever clarify whether you could use the $250 voucher for merchandise as promised in his 3/25 e-mail? Or can you only use it to reduce guest fees as reservation holders are now being told? My guess it was that just something Ford threw out there to keep the wolves at bay? Probably too hard hitting but would have been a good question, and would have been nice to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

You can! It’s a manual process apparently where they have apply it towards merch but you are able to do so!

Edit: got a bit more detail, so basically how the process works is you buy the merch with a card and then they will reimburse you based on the balance left on the voucher. Not ideal but apparently they are working on making it an easier process.
