Dealer called a day before the tracker showed shipped. According to the tracker the vehicle was "IN PRODUCTION" for 11 days. The tracker was largely useless in my case.

Update: Ford performance chat says its "produced" he guesses needs "final touches" ETA to SoCal 10/30-11/5 (tracker still shows "in production")

I got my photo several days after I got my shipping email. But my dealership doesn't see a rail car number but Ford chat and on tracker says it was shipped last Friday.

Trackers all still say in Production. Talked with Performance chat and was advised 'It is likely on it way to the dealership, and should be arriving between 10/15 - 10/21' They asked me to follow up after arrival so they can see how accurate their predictions are.
