Consolidated Build Week Sheet
The consolidated sheet currently displays information for Aug15 - Sep26 2022 Build Week sheets.
It is non-editable, but is replicated with the source sheets, so any changes to build week sheets below will update the consolidated sheet in real time. If data in the consolidated sheet needs updated, do that in the base build week sheet.
It is a work in progress and more meaningful charts will be added as time allows.

Instructions on setup are in the README and on the "Setup for new build week" tab.
Simple stuff.

The long and short of it is that you only need to edit one field (enter the desired build week) on the Template and press a button to create a new sheet. This is done on the "Setup for new build week" tab pictured below. Put your week in the grey cell and press the "Create New Sheet" button. That will run a script in the background to create the sheet with the correct name and then clear the sample data.

Once the script completes press the Green Sheets Home icon in the upper left

Then select the newly created build week aheet and begin editing.

I'll try to preemptively create and post sheets for each week as they create threads.

So... I noticed a pretty gross error in the Consolidated Build Week sheet (mea culpa) and a couple caused by underlying sheets changing.

I fixed all this AM and now you can get a clearer picture of Order/Reservation to Blend/Build/Delivery and Blend/Build to Delivery dates.
This is all on the Charts (non-bumped) tab, upper left.

Sorry for the boneheaded error that provided false hope. Long story short, those Blend/Build to delivery bar times we not weighted and jumped from around 9 days average, to about 18-19.

The Order/Reservation to whatever were also skewed and now reflect the reality that is "The wait"... just short of 500 days to get Blend/Build/Delivery.


You may also notice that build seems to precede blend in these numbers... that is data entry issue related to the ever changing build date estimates. It seems some get a build day and never update it if it changed... then it occurs prior to the blend date. No biggie, just thought I'd point out that small deviation.
