I think this jack is a good idea but I'm not ready to buy one. Two questions...
1. Can it be stored on it's side? Most hydraulic jacks, including the ARB, can't be stored on their side.

Just stumbled across this on the Ford site which I had never seen before. It's actually a horizontal mount for an ARB jack.

Notice the jack is tilted some, it's not exactly horizontal. That's enough to keep air bubbles where they belong.

Solid sleuthing. I’ve had their traction boards for several years. Used a few times. Zero signs of wear. Same quality as Maxtrax, half the price.

I just saw their traction boards on Amazon. If you flip them upsidedown the have a jack base spot in the middle. So traction side down to lock the small round base of the jack seems like a total game changer. I'm getting both!
