Is it possible to delete the bypass solenoid or unplug it as mine is making a clicking noise on deceleration after upgrading my intercooler. I have a 2024 2.3 Bronco.

No. It can be changed, but it can’t be deleted. It’s a pretty important thing to have on a turbo engine.

Is there any beefier options as I think it is clicking due to more air from the intercooler.

The clicking is pretty standard fare for the 2.3. FWIW, I've rented broncos on turo and ecoboost mustangs on vacation. They all click after getting off the gas.

Weird I didn't notice if before but then again I wasn't listening for it till I heard it. Well if it's normal I won't bother. Thanks for your help.

No problem, definitely in the same boat. Didn't notice until I read about it on this forum lol.

Turbosmart makes 2 different options.
One is a fully plumbed back bypass valve like stock, one is a dual bypass valve where some of the air is diverted back, and some is blown out.
For some reason it doesn’t show one available for 24, but I don’t think it’s any different than the earlier ones they show available for 21-22

Is there one that you think is better or worse

No. It’s just personal preference really. The dual port one will be a little louder because it releases some air out of it instead of back into the intake. So you’ll have more of a blow off valve sound
