Decided to go out and explore some local fire trails, see what’s open…. And what’s closed. Haha. Starting to map it all out on Gaia. I love that you can see your Gaia map on screen BUT I wish there was some form of reporting for it. Similar to how I can mark road hazards while using waze. Any ways, enjoy the few photos I got. I left my camera and tripod at the front door because I was too excited.

I'm new to Gaia, but I've put markers on trails before with descriptions so in the future I know things like "too narrow, trail rash" etc.

Ya, I did a bunch from my phone but it would be nice to add markers using CarPlay.

Nice, I’m thinking of running auxiliary gauges on my iPad for long trips but may just use Gaia. Not sure, but the map worked great with CarPlay minus reporting

I like Gaia but I've been less than impressed with the CarPlay interface for it. I'll be testing out Onx soon, to see if it's any better.
