Can I get more lift after getting aftermarket coilovers?

Hello, all. I have Fabtechs 2.5 dirtlogic coilovers, with upper control arms and full rear arms. In total lifted it about 3”.

but I want it to be taller, is there anything I can do to get around another 3” without compromising my suspension’s ability? I plan on taking it to MOAB next year and want it to be in good working order for some intermediate rock crawling and Baja runs

I’ve seen +3” inch pre runner kits which I know increase suspension travel as well as widen the wheel base. Do these also increase ride height?

Anything taller you are going to run into steering and CV issues. I would recommend a body lift if your looking for more height.
