Dealer was zero help they simply say “can’t reproduce” when it’s constant on any and all roads other than highway
I would tell you the same thing if you hadn't bothered to find the noise yourself! lol

I’ve tried several suggestions so far nothing has worked I’ll try a few more as time allows, I found my spare wasn’t torqued to spec think it was about 40-50 ftlbs took it up to the 66ftlbs but didn’t help anything

We were running into issues with rattling noises on our personal Broncos here’s at Speedlogix. First we thought it was the seatbelt, so we made little seat belt holders. Which helped but the rattle was still there. Then we decided to make a brace (like the raptors have in the back). This really helped with all the rattling we were dealing with. We have two versions of it also.

I’ve brought my vehicle in to Ford four times. Each rime they claim to have fixed it.

Four trips to the dealer and was told each time they eliminated the noise. Drove off the lot and it is still there. I have heard seatbelt, subwoofer, tailgate, jack, etc. About to trade it in for a Tacoma TRD PRO and call it day.
Good luck with that! lol

Yeah not going that far with a brand new vehicle with 1500 miles on it and full warranty, I have tried most of the suggestions on here but nothing has worked

Ok, but I have no idea why, I'd want my new vehicle the way I want it and what does warranty have to do with anything, it will still be covered!

What, my point is why should I have to spend time I don’t have to tare a brand new vehicle apart to chase a problem that should be fixed under warranty I’ve already wasted enough time on it trying a bunch of suggestions

I get it, but why should the dealer spend time looking for a rattle when they probably have customers with much more pressing needs than yours and little to no time to help everyone?
I know you deserve better, we all deserve better, but today's me, me , me attitude doesn't really help in the world today, "if it's meant to be, it's up to me!" has been my moto for quite some time...
I'm not trying to preach, I'm just trying to give a different perspective, but I do feel your concerns.

Talked to the service manager today at the dealer just for everybody else that may have a similar issue he said they’ve had several broncos recently that some of the rubber seals in the rear gate and window area were deformed from the factory and causing horrible rattle/creaking. It’s going in on the 6th

With 14k miles on mine, I had a rattle that seemed to come from the passenger seat area. Took it in to have that diagnosed, as well as an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call from my service advisor to let me know they "lost my truck" for a day and a half, and couldn't even do any work on it. After they "found it", they "could not duplicate". The second time my local dealer (Morrie's Minnetonka Ford) took it in, and said they heard the rattle and would call me when it was done. Two weeks later I had to call to find out that my truck was at the bodyshop! They had to order a new passenger seat base, which was on backorder. But, while they were at it they took care of a TSB for the rear tailgate. (They didn't ask me, btw.) New tailgate, hinges, bumper, and spare tire carrier. They also "took care of the window problem". You know, when the windows don't seal after door close? ... I picked it up while I waited for the parts to come in, because the Explorer loaner was god awful to drive. The backend now sounded like it had a Styrofoam cooler in the back. Just teeth gnashing squeaking sounds. There was now a rattle from the subwoofer. Oh, the three of the four windows now leaked in the rain.

They replaced the subwoofer when they FINALLY got the parts from Ford for the seat base (2 months later). They also said they had to adjust the body panels. All done! ... Nope. ... One week and 50 miles later the new subwoofer is making a cracking noise. Two windows leak. The back end still makes a creaking sound.

So, back it goes again and the saga continues ...
