Cargo shelf covers tool access

I just picked up my 2025 Bronco Heratage. I had the factory install the tailgate shelf.
My question is that the self does not come forward enough to give me full access to the to storage. It makes it hard to get to the jack and ither tools. Anyone have any idea how to pull the shelf out when needed?

That shelf costs a lot of money, I'd make my dealership figure it out and fix it.
