I'm looking at those tiny straps running over the edge of those slots and seeing a high rate of wear on a thin strap. The slot obviously fits a beefier strap. For that kind of money they should provide it. At a minimum I'd put rubber tubing on that slot. Outside edge too.
That is interesting and would be a good add-on, but won't work for what I need right now.This is an interesting solution if you don't want to block your rear view but want to strap something to your tire. It is listed under their Bronco parts but is labeled for Toyota so must be universal.
