My April 21 reservation at Chapman will be a 23 model- I received the email from Ford and Chapman.
So I changed my

Race Red Base Sasquatch-2.7-Mic-aux switches to

Cactus Grey-10 sp auto-aux switches, which already has the hardtop and Sasquatch.

I haven't added the 2.7 yet but the overall price difference so far is only $3300

Base to Heritage -white grille-top-wheels -interior.

Chapman says it may not be built in 23 ?

I think it is worth the cost difference. Any thoughts ?

Not a big price difference if you prefer the Heritage white accents. It would cost $3,300 or more to have a non-heritage edition hard top, grill, and wheels painted white. Iā€™d consider a Heritage but Iā€™m dead set on the Eruption Green and want the larger dash display of the LUX package. Iā€™m planning on having at least the MIC top painted white whenever my first week reservation arrives.

I'm switching over too, only advice I have if you can swing it is to get the 2.7 if you have to have the auto. I'll be going down from 2.7 auto BD Sasquatch to manual with HE which is what I wanted but could only get mid if I went BL but with HE you can get both!

CG is a good match to the interior colors, I'll be going AGM and couldn't be happier it's being offered but it's pricy so hopefully it'll be worth it.

I've spoke up a few times that I think the standard HE is good bargain, lots of extras but they don't appeal to everyone which is good, I'll be fine not seeing myself on every corner.

I also get the square fenders, the steel bumper and bash plate.
I want the 2,7 - but then I'm over $ 50 k. That is a hard decision.

Not trying to upsale you but you should be getting some PP too, no ones really sure the amount but it's in the FAQs.

When I replied to my dealers email (Chapman )- I state the Heritage will have some amount of price protection. Even if it hasn't been clarified yet.

I realize the Heritage is a late availability- so I can always add the 2.7. I really want the 2.7 and by the time its built, the $ 1800 dollars won't bother me . I'll save more than that waiting for it .

I really think that when the Bronco was 1st brought out - the cactus grey with the white top and dash is / was the heritage model. We just had to wait for it .
I remember everyone saying that's the one that they wanted .

Go for it, and enjoy the ride. If I did not have mine already- would be in line for the heritage.

I just realized that the heritage also has
remote start
heated seats,
dual zone climate control w/ a/c
intelligent access,
auto dim rear view mirror
And it has the side steps.
There is a lot of value in the Heritage model.

Just get the one you want. More time to save whenever the order gets pulled.

Iā€™m glad I didnā€™t drop tow, Sasquatch, switch back to a 4 door, then soft top, just to get my order sooner. Stick to your guns šŸ’Ŗ.

Most of that's included in the mid package which as you know is included. The side steps on the BB (which HE is based on) used to force you to mid package too so I don't know why they threw them on but sure. I'll lose remote start with the manual but I don't have much of a winter here anyway.

Have you read over the order guide yet? That tells you all what's standard so you'll know what to look forward to.

did you actually get your heritage order into Ford with confirmation? My dealer could not input my heritage order today (limited commodity)?? I am starting to think there is a problem with tops or wheels and Ford may not even build these??

I haven't received conformation yet. I received the DORA at 7:50 pm this evening.

Itā€™s a shame they couldnā€™t offer the EG/white top combo. Iā€™m getting a soft top on my green Badlands. I figure 4 or 5 gallons of bleach should do the trick.
