No. I ordered it on February 5th and haven’t received a VIN or delivery dateWhen did you order it? Did you get a VIN? Do you have a production date?
I did not reserve. I walked into the dealer and ordered it there on Feb 5thBetter still, when did you reserve it (if you did)?
Even if I say wanted to go from big bend to outer banks? You can change anything, anytime, up until a VIN number is assigned.

Yes, dealer does not care what change is.Even if I say wanted to go from big bend to outer banks?
Lurker here. Do you know if this is still the case? I tried to make a change (upgrade to Sasquatch) after order banks closed last week and my dealer said he couldn’t do it? Maybe it’s a manual override for it to work now?Yes, dealer does not care what change is.
Perhaps once the order banks were locked down it froze things. Call Ford's customer service and ask them. Assuming most dealer's are telling the truth is not a good strategy.Lurker here. Feb 5th of what year? No. I ordered it on February 5th and haven’t received a VIN or delivery date
Not true. If you ordered after March 19th 2021 and before March 8th 2022 you qualify for 2022 price protection. Which means your price will be what it was before the 2022.5 price increase. Changes to door number, trim, packages or 4x4 system will disqualify you from 2022 price protection.Cool. You need to call your dealer. You don't have to worry about price protection - being such a recent order.
