Did you have a reservation number from back when they were allowing reservations? I think that link only works if you have that.

Just a guess though. It's no secret that the Ford web pages are somewhat finicky in displaying the correct information.

The "backdoor" link gives you more details about your reservation, like if it has been scheduled for production.

Found it in production, only from the back door manage page. Are they too busy to send me the email?

This is still super frustrating.

The back door link, as well as the link through the Ford My Account, shows my original trim that I reserved and no scheduled production date.

I ordered a totally different trim and I’m confirmed scheduled for the week of 2/14.

Pull your finger outta your ass, Ford.
