Clearing 37’s

Check this out, 37” trail grapplers on -10 offset wheels with 2-3” ADS coil over lift and front and rear crash bars cut back in front fender wells. I have also have sanded and cut down front fender BCM harness protection plate and they still rubbed!

Checked bronco6 for solutions for hours, so this is what I did today, seems to be working at full droop with auto stay bar released

I don’t have my 2Door yet but I commend your solution. Is that the pinch weld? What in tarnation is that wire? I’m a Toyota guy, we just used to pound that flat with a BFH, but this looks different. (I haven’t been inside a B6G wheel well yet)

Educate me on that tape please. Not familiar.

Thats the Body control module harness, DEFINITELY don't want to crush it. Yes HVAC tape, easy to work with and very strong and great bond once layered. I wrapped that harness with some heat shield fabric and then Tesla taped it to the harness before placing and securing in the notch I cut

This is another place the aftermarket need to make improvments with...ive done something similar and see room for more modifacatios here needed for 38s or 40s.
