I did this on my R&D Raptor after seeing your post, for the community.
...
Red line (COBB HOT Truck!), Pull #20
Wow, fantastic.

Does the "#20” above literally mean the 20th consecutive pull???

Results are impressive and entirely consistent with my prior data (although obviously less difference than when the truck is moving). Your data here should show about a 25 crank hp (6% or so) difference COBB vs. stock (for a stock tune). Again rule of thumb is 1-1.5% more power per 10 °F lower MCT.

The only very minor nit seems to be you are missing the Stock IC + hot run. That compared to COBB + hot was the crux of the prior fellows obsession 🤣.

Technically it was the 22nd pull, but we can call it 20 for data's sake haha

The stock tune is pretty aggressive pulling power to keep things safe

an intercooler helps a lot

Does anyone know the correct part number for the Actuator Temp Control? Ford Parts states

RB3Z-10884-A but that does not fit on the Raptor 3.0L

My shutters are stuck open (I guess ok) but I am receiving a "powertrain module lost communication with active grill shutter" message- as a result, cannot get high boost power with the turbocharger.

thank you

Can you be more specific on which part it is you’re actually looking for?
The connector you’re showing appears to be for the upper shutter motor, but the part you have is the lower motor.

Which one do you need?

Can’t get it separately. Have to buy the whole shutter assembly. Everything with a green triangle next to it in the picture below.

I thought if I just left the shutters open and unplugged the actuator, my problem would be solved. However, getting no boost...check engine, etc. So I guess I need to replace the actuator

With Cobb the front motorized shutters stay in place and the passive rear ones are not used. It's a simple drop in install.

These are OOS for 9-10 weeks. But I'd recommend getting your order in asap
