Wasn't sure where to put this... I guess the fans are part of electrical? But also engine....

Anyone else surprised at how LOUD the cooling fans are when they come on? It's near or over 100 here for the last couple of months, and anytime I have the A/C on the fans kick on to pretty much full speed. Super loud.

I wonder if there are any quieter yet still as effective after market ones... Or maybe the 2.7 isn't as loud as the 2.3? Do they use the same fans?

Makes going through drive thrus as bad as if I had an old diesel.

2.3 fan moves a lot of air, it's loud. Just as loud as in our 2019 Ranger Lariat.

Totally normal.

The alternative is having a silent fan that doesn't move much air and overheating. I mean, it's cool for a while, but then you're stuck on the side of the road with an overheating engine.
