Cracked Instrument Cluster

I just noticed mine doing this today. Exact same area. Small vertical crack out of nowhere. Unbelievable. Less than a year old. Just over 9k miles. I’m due for an oil change soon and will bring it up when I go in.

My dealer fixed mine without issue. Took two visits though.

Just to add, the part IS a covered part IF you have a Ford Extended Warranty, be aware you will have a deductible (in most cases) but if you have it done while you are having other warranty work done, the deductible is "per visit".
As stated in another post, the part is about $65 (MSRP) and not a huge deal to replace... you do have to pull a good bit of trim off to get to it..

Do you know the part number ? Mine is cracked too at 45k miles but probably happened around 20k miles. It’s a 2022 Big Bend . Anyone know the labor cost? Not sure if covered under warranty

Labor cost is going to depend on shop labor rate, so hard to give an accurate number there.
Should be covered under 3/36, but I'm sure some dealers will fight it.

I just had mine replaced for a crack under the Gold CPO 12/12 warranty

M2DZ-10890-A FFS, it's a $40.00 part. Unless it has impact marks from the outside, which it probably won't, it's likely an adhesive or plastic weld induced stress crack. Pick your poison, temp related or just general stress. Stress crack, when void of evidence of mechanical impact or chemical induced failure, can be covered (glass is a different beast but still has limited coverage if a structural failure below it is the cause and within coverage limits).

There are two possibilities depending on your build date. The N2DZ -A supersedes to the -B
