PM me your opinion or recipe for how you would go about this.Verrrrry interesting.
looks great!
Jury is out on longevity/durability.
Iāll be looking for updates.
I have my thoughts but will keep them in my head (other than PMās).
I donāt wanna rain on any parade.
Kudos to the paint shop for even attempting it this early in the game.
Dani, you could say the same thing about the whole MIC topNot sure of the longevity of the paint job but it looks pretty today.
So true!Dani, you could say the same thing about the whole MIC top
So we are back to giving these guyās credibility after this fiasco? I agree that itās still an unknown and could turn to shit. Letās be realistic given what we know about management of this project. If these clowns are the authority on tops, we are in serious trouble.Ask yourself this: if MIC Top painting works, why is Ford (designer of said MIC Top) not painting some Wimbledon White to meet the demands of white topped Broncos?
Because it would be a warranty nightmare.
I have my thoughts as to how they went about it, and you're probably thinking along similar lines.Verrrrry interesting.

They aren't the same 'type' of plastic.I have to ask this: how do they paint the OuterBanks' fenders, handles, and mirrors? I have always been under the assumption they are made of the same materials, before the honeycomb issues showed up.
The painted flares and black flares are made of different types of materials, they have different part numbers, they come unpainted.I have to ask this: how do they paint the OuterBanks' fenders, handles, and mirrors?
