Delaminating rear view mirror?

Anyone else out there have any issue with their rear view mirror delaminating? My 22’ base with 25k miles on it is starting to delaminate or almost bubble in the bottom left corner. Is this something Ford would warranty? I will upload photos in the morning.

Did you ever resolve this issue? Our Bronco is having this issue. The entire bottom center section of the rear view mirror is peeling up. Dealership wants $200 for a replacement since we're just out of warranty, but I'm considering an aftermarket replacement.

You can get used on ebay for 65, or Suma for 70(but it's just the glass)

Dime a dozen mirrors from junkyard will fit. It’s a standard mount. I did the $20 hard to find Kia Homelink mirror.
