You need to have your dealer change it if you want a chance at getting scheduled. However, it may not matter if you're expecting a 2023 model.

Yes, and if that dealer coded everyone else at 19, it would be easy to explain why you jumped ahead in line. Reservation number is almost the least most important factor in when you get built. Allotment is the most important factor, without allotment, you get nothing.

Correct. And I do believe that most people were coded 19.

But in this thread right now is the first time I've heard that proportions of 10 v 19 matter within a dealership vs what i've read multiple times is that priority codes seem to matter not at all.

Either way, OP is better at 10 than at 19. How much better? Well that really all depends.
