man this looks terrific, great job and thanks for sharing. I am going to get a set of the original enameled Ford letters with the chrome trim and do something like this until the Delfab one appears. But I still need a Bronco to put them on!

Was wondering where you got the 'Moon' hub caps (Very Nice). Have a 2022 BD on order with the black steel wheels, the 'Moon' hub caps would really give it that look like yours.

It works great. I used the same stuff to hold on my fender heritage badges. I have had zero problems.

I used the same gorilla tape. I put a piece where rack letter was.

Yes probably so. But I am 56 and have know idea how to use a 3D printer.

ok thanks so i am still a little confused - when you remove the bronco letters, there is empty space there, yes? and if so, what does the kick plate stick to?

So when you remove the letters it looks like this behind them. So there is plenty of place to stick the gorilla tape.
