Do stock 2drs sit higher than stock 4dr?

Stupid question, and yes I searched, but do the stock 2 doors sit higher than stock 4 doors?
I was at the grocery store today and was parked next to an OBX 4 door, what appeared to have been stock. I was in my 2 door OBX and noticed that mine (stock as well) sat almost an inch higher judging by the hood.

Thoughts?
