just noticed unit was looking funny in the garage.
The right rear side passenger sits 1/2” higher from the garage floor than the left side, drivers

front is the same (left/right)

unit unmodified. Picked up in Michigan and drove to west coast. 4000 miles now. 4 weeks old.

It's a built in feature to accommodate for when your mom is in the back.

Seriously though, peek under and make sure the spring is seated correctly and not twinsted a bit, if its not seated it could do exactly what youre describing.

Where are you measuring from? If it is the bumpers, there have been many on here that weren't adjusted correctly.

Measured center axle up to plastic side / mud guard.

please don't say left or right. please say driver or passenger side.

So gas tank is on passenger side and on some cars with a full tank, the PS will sit lower.

It's tough to get an accurate measurement, you would need to verify the floor is completely level. If your front is level and your rear is off it would mean that the vehicle is twisted which though possible it is not likely. It is more likely that your floor where it is parked is not perfectly level. When I had my shop built when they poured the slab I had them be careful try to get it as flat and level as possible, but I still ended up with low/high spots.

4-door gas tank is on the PS.

Mine is different as well. First time I noticed I was taking pre-measurements before I put on my 1.5" spacers F/R, it was a 3/4" difference! After fudging around and getting on perfectly flat (not on my garage slabs) I was 1/4" diff. So, no matter what anyone says, I believe you. 😁

4WP did my alignment after I installed the spacers, they said there wasn't adjustment for the ride height. Dunno if that's true or not.

I come from a Toyota background, so I'm well aware of how rigs can lean. Toyota puts the gas tank on the driver side, so with age they tend to lean towards the driver. When you buy new shocks, they usually come specified for which side of the vehicle they mount on. There are even shim kits sold for Toyota's that fit above the shock top hats or below the leaf springs (Tundra, Tacoma).
I would recommend you find somebody near your weight to sit in the driver seat and measure again. And yes, a full tank of gas should also be considered.

while I was in line. Another Bronco was ahead of me
Badlands non SAS. His passenger rear was 1/2” higher than drivers side.

walked lot, there was a OBX 2Dr non SAS. Rear was approx the same on both sides.

Make sure your emergency brake is not applied, if inclined it may give you this result as well!
