Does CSX stop tracking?

I’m about done and Ford has really taken the fun out of this. Ford is the most incompetent company ever. They are now saying April 26! My truck shipped over a month ago and has been sitting in the Bay Area for 2.5 weeks. I spoke to the dealer an hour ago who is waiting on inventory vehicles as well. They had to get the GM involved and run it up the ford chain to see wtf is going on. Like I thought, they incorrectly shipped my bronco and the others and they can’t get trucks to haul them up. So I have to eat over another month. So pissed off right now.

I’ll post this on FB as well and you can see who I am, assuming you are on the same Oregon (New) Bronco Owners as well.

OK so called ford and confirmed what the dealers said. However, the only reason that the date is set the way it is, is because they don't have delivery setup yet. Once they get that done, the date could change. She suggested to check again next week probably mid week to see if there is any new information from transportation getting figured out.

Anyone stuck in "Junction Point" ?
I was following my rail car and it ended in Junction Point and now says NO ETA.
Called my dealer and he sees no rail car number and the last update shows Junction Point 3 days ago.. I was so excited to be off Ice/Thawed/Spring Mountain. Now this

it can sit at a place for a few days, get used to the No ETA. don't be surprised if next you check it, it's at the next place. you can also call Ford and get rail car info, your dealer should have it or be able to get it as well. 1800-392-3673

Rex is correct. Junction Point is just the last stop they updated the system.

I called 800, the gal said she had no info aside from it arriving at JP and my ETA still shows 3/27 - 4/2. She said she didn't see a rail number either. Soooo... hopefully it will just show up at the dealer!

Yes, I figured that out. Just like there is no Blue Island. But that is how CSX reports it.

There's definitely a Blue Island, with a long, rich history.

I’ve been tracking mine via CSX and UP. CSX number says departed Barnett,Wyoming 4/13 and hasn’t update since. UP had estimated arrival in City of Industy,Ca on 4/18, then 4/20, now 4/23. Suffice it to say I have no idea what’s going on now or where my Bronco is.

I think My Bronco might be with your Bronco in the same Rail Car. My departed Barnett,Wyoming As well on 4/13 and it hasn’t updated. I wasn’t able to track it through UP. But let’s hope they are doing well.

Still no update through CSX. UP has a new ETA to Industry of 4/25 3:38am. Ford CS is useless as always and provides no info and says there is no delay.

I was able to call UP same update for my Bronco. It’s some BS. My sales rep told me last week that from his experience it was going to arrive between Monday or Wednesday of this week to the dealership. Stupid Union Pacific they might have delays at the RailYard.
