Does having the mid package, mean you have Signature headlights on a Big Bend?

No. The build and price tool has signature lighting as a $795 option.

As stated above, no. Mid gets you dual climate, heated seats, etc., but not signature headlights.

Interesting thats what I thought forever until I saw on reddit and another forum, previous years it might have been standard with the mid package.

It was never standard with the MID package. Big Bend has the option as mentioned above to add Signature Lighting. Whether the Signature Lighting is optional or standard or not available is dependent on the trim being built.

Nope. I have a '23 Big Bend and added the signature LED lighting for the 795. It's listed as an option on my window sticker.

It was also a 795 optional upgrade on my 22 BB w mid pkg.
