It applies to orders before March 20th (thus including the 19th) AND all reservations, converted or not before March 20th.

Technically, you aren’t buying the Bronco from Ford, you are buying it from a dealer. If you don’t have a deposit and signed Offer to Purchase at stated price with that dealer, you have zero protection.

Exactly. The price protection is for the B&P. The dealership is an entirely different beast.
