Doors don't line up -- anyone else have this?

I've had warranty work done at the beginning of the year to adjust the driver's door from sag (body line off) and rub on the sill. Did some retouch myself. Now it is rubbing again. The bottom corner of the door is missing paint too. Rub is almost the same spot.

I came here to see if anyone else has had this problem, apparently so. I’ve had my WT for about two months. Just noticed today when opening the right rear door, it makes a clunk and is contacting the front door. It’s chipped some paint off where it contacts. Not sure how a door can go out of alignment, especially when its almost new. I have an appointment at the dealer next week. We’ll see what they say.
