Hello all.
I have a base, base 4 door Bronco. I wanted to upgrade tires to 33s and replace the base steelies.
For tires, I was able to find take offs in my area from several new jeep owners. I got a set of five Falken WildPeaks.(285/70r17) for $600 with less than 5k miles on them. They look new.
For wheels, this was a real struggle. Most wheel companies are not set-up for the Bronco yet, Discount Tires include. Several will not let you buy them without verifying fitment by entering your vehicle which blocks the process(Discount Tires).
TireRack does have the Bronco configured for wheels and tires on their web site. I was able to easily find a set of wheels(w/lugs) that I wanted, verify fitment, arrange delivery to a local installer and schedule an install appointment. Wheels and tires are going on this Saturday.
