I have my rear passenger Trim panel off to wire my license plate relocation bra k LED and some LED pods for a new rear bumper, my Bronco Window sticker shows I have the 6 speaker delete...so got the fake amp and sub.

While Iam in there is there a plug n play replacement to stick in there besides OEM?

The Fusion amp from TeamEquip and the Kicker 6.75 4ohm sub are basically plug and play. But you do need to have Forscan and the proper dongle to connect it to turn the sub on.

Look in the audio section for a number of tutorials on this subject.

The above parts were so easy. I’ve never messed with audio equipment and had it done in 30 minutes, highly recommend.

Ya Iam not looking to get anything crazy,
This looks like it fits the bill.

How did it sound?

I’m sure someone will object but I thought the bass was a complete 180 to the bronco’s audio. I was disappointed with the speakers when I was on the drive home from the dealership and I’m completely satisfied now, no urge to upgrade.

Is the Bronco amp different from the Ford Fusion amp power wise...Iam guess getting the bronco amp from the dealer is impossible.

I also had the same sub-delete setup in my 23MY 2Dr. I added that Fusion amp and kicker noted above. While it’s not the best sound system possible (a little boomy with muddled mid-low tones), it is a HUGE improvement over the existing sound with the sub-delete. Hard to beat that given how plug&play it is.

I did the same in my 4 door Heritage and completely agree.

I went on to replace the 4" dash speakers with Infinity Reference with 600Hz bass blockers and the rear pod speakers with the same without bass blockers and it made another substantial difference. I'm pretty happy with the sound now.

Disclaimer - I'm old and have abused my ears with loud music, firearms and loud machinery.

Take a look into this, as well:

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...-replacement-kit-for-b-o-back-in-stock.79680/

For those with the DSP/sub and harnessing, it is not 100% plug and play but it's close. There is a t-harness at the ACM for the center channel and the rears. It also needs a beefier battery connection. The remainder can use the OE wiring as is.

They do sell a kit with all of the needed wiring and mounting hardware.

Donwside is, you'll eventually get the urge to swap the OE speakers. Not only for sound quality but power handling. The above amp can easily overpower the OE stuff.

Yep that's the one...

Also, if you haven't done the dash, the 4" up front can be swapped for another very noticeable improvement.

These Infinity's with the bass blockers below are also plug and play and well worth the small investment.

The Fusion amp and Kicker more than fixes the terrible stock stereo with the delete. no need for an amp from your dealer as the Fusion one is basically an OEM unit. Literally plug and play. Link to a massive thread about it.

if you weren’t in Tucson and up here in Phoenix/Scottsdale I’d let you sit in my WT and check it out. Replaced it about a week ago in like 2 hours after work.
