The bracket will work with the OBX bumper, it will require drilling to mount.

Also interested. I guess just a nut and bolt, but if there's a better option. I'd like to hear it as well.

Look at post #135 for some ideas. The bracket has standard license plate slotted holes that accept screws or bolts. I recommend bolts with some type of locking nut/washer.

Saw this for the first time this morning on a porsche 911. Beautiful car and the plate wrap was nondescript and low key. Very nicely done!

Only problem is I do not see where on the bronco front end, the plate wrap would fit.
