I love this. I am engaged and have far off fantasies of this kind of family adventure, and I picture it in the bronco. This warms my heart. Good for you guys!

Lovely photos, being in my future Bronco and taking my significant other camping is this big dream of mine currently that’s been keeping me going.

Any regrets about the mileage you’ve been getting? I’m hesitant to eventually go full Sasquatch with the larger tires and lift in fear of what it’ll do to my gas mileage on longer trips.

I really like those side steps but can't find them on the 4WP site... would you be so kind as to inform me of the exact model of those steps/sliders?

No regrets.
I never use eco mode and always disable stop start. Best is 19 on hwy. consistent 15.8 daily. What I expected and worth every gallon!

Hi all, took delivery early August and absolutely love our ride!
Wanted to share pics and a few details of a low key, but beautiful few days..

1) did not tow the camper, booked and delivered thanks to RVShare.com
2) location was Townsend, home of SuperCell East and a short 45 minutes from Farragut ( home)
3) drive pics from Tremont Road, past the Institute. Highly recommended!
Pics attached . The last is a bear cub in a tree on the drive home

I love how this thread turned into hot dog roasting techniques. The real reason we all love the Bronco is it's huge capacity to carry wieners. 🌭

Would it surprise you to know that I do actually have skewers just for hotdogs and marshmallows for camping? Nice heavy gauge wire with a wooden handle. they're great.
Oil and Transmission dipsticks work great as hot dog skewers in a pinch

Ummm, sir... either you are fishing in the wrong place, or using the wrong tools for your hotdog roasting. I've never seen a hotdog stick like that, pretty sweet!

I can't wait. Trying to figure out where to put all the gear though. Think tow package with a hitch basket.

How much attention from the campsite neighbors?
I highly recommend the Yakima EXO system. It has been a complete game changer.

Top removal is extremely easy. First time had a neighbor lend a hand, and a few weeks ago installed a hoist. A little overkill I know, but perfect for making it a one person job, and in like literally 15 minutes.
