Ford says that the First Edition has the interior of the Outer Banks. This is the interior of the Outer Banks at the Ride-a-Long Event:

Maybe this will end up being an option.

Just look at the outer banks trim on the sport, has two options, black/tan and navy pier. Sport FE only gets Navy Pier. Big bronco is the same, unless they are listening.....

Exterior color: AntiMatter Blue but isn’t available ( probably Area51)
Interior color: black with saddle brown
Top color: Black
Must have add on: xpel clear protection, side steps
Dealership and State: currently Randy Marion Statesville NC (all depends on pricing)

After seeing a few Saddle/Ebony interior pics (Which I love), I'm seriously considering switching to Wildtrak. That's if Navy Pier is our only option. Still hopeful Ford was listening and will give us a few interior options. The cold hard fact is one can spec out a Wildtrak or Badlands to have the same options as a FE. Unless I'm missing something, besides a FE Badge and a few decals why spend $60k to get a interior you hate.

I don't think the Fe will be a carbon copy of the obx interior. But it will be some version of the navy blue. The brown and tans look horrible anyways, go buy a 80s Cadillac if you want a grandpa interior

I'm guessing your one of the 8.6 % that voted for Navy Pier.

You would really think that Ford would want their colors for both the inside as well as the outside to coordinate and match. Not only does the blue not go with all of the color choices but based on other threads the grabber handles on the interior match the colors on the trim badge. For trims like Badlands where the badge is that yellow orange that would definitely clash with the interior. They definitely need to hire better color theory designers.

Yup 100% on board with this. Will be buying which ever option I can get brown interior and then add options to get to FE level. Don't need the badge and stickers if it means blue/black interior.

Once again agree completely with Vintage, but will continue the repetition in hopes someone at Ford is paying attention. Navy blue is a bizarre choice. Black/Saddle would be a great option, but I’d be happy with any other interior option for the FE. We’re trying to give you our money, don’t make it hard.

Do we think the blue interior will help/hurt/not affect the resale value of the FE?

I might want to sell it and upgrade when the hybrid comes out in a yr or 2 and if no one wants the FE because of the interior, that might screw me.
