Can you give more info on how the heating element works and what wiring would be involved if anything extra?

Yes, the lights come with a cable that attaches to the fuse box using an add-a-circuit.

It is regulated by a temperature sensor and electronic thermostat. The heater is active when the truck is running and temperatures approaches freezing then turns off when the heat reaches a higher temperature than the threshold temperature.

What options do the Oculus Headlights offer for DRL (Daytime Running Lights)? Want to put on a 2024 Heritage (Any pics?).

I am seeing DRLs include the halo, but want to see if it will also include the inner flasher as well.

Thank you

Only the Halo is designed and wired to be used as a DRL. The Pure-White DRL has its own wiring harness (same as the original Oculus™) that connects to the fuse box with an add-a-circuit for easy and safe integration. The DRL will come on when the engine is running or can be connected to a switch (including the factory Aux switches) for additional user control.

@Beachin Bronco it depends on the model you select, if you select our "Switchback" version the halo will be both the DRL and the Flasher for the Turn signal. Is that the desired effect you are going for?

Here is a very helpful video that shows the different versions of the Oculus Headlights:

Forward to the 0:50 mark to see the Switchback halo in action! :)
