Well, it finally happened today, but not from a rock or stress, just heat. Woke up this morning to a cracked windshield.

Looks like two more cracks starting from the same area!

Next I noticed the trim behind the hood is popping up while under normal speeds, never had removed it, so not user induced. I noticed it because it got caught up while opening hood and it got munched. Guess I'm headed to the dealership tomorrow :(

The London one is far worse but a similar thing happened in Dallas about 10 years ago. A new glass high rise was alleged to have melted the statues in the Nasher Sculpture Garden across across the street.
The Vdara tower at city center in Vegas was giving people laying by the pool 2nd degree burns. They call it the death ray.
