What’s a good rubberized floor mat. Washable. And soft for bare feet or sandals. For a badlands.

i have had the ford rubber mats since march 22 in my badlands with washout floors. I’ve had weather tech and always loved them but since these were specific to the bronco I thought I’d give them a try. So far they’ve been great. No complaints at all.

I ordered Ford floor mats with my initial Bronco order and am very happy with them. I'm pretty sure I would also be happy with Weather Tech. I later bought mud flaps from them, which work well.

Either one should work well for you.

I have been happy with Tuxmat. The marketing imagery runs across vehicle types (less “off-roady”) but they are well made and so far, durable. Your comment about bare feet caught my eye - I think you would be happy with Tuxmat - the surface is like a textured weave and there is a bit of padding for comfort.

I wanted a good budget set for my base 2 door and really like these from Amazon- and they threw in a cargo liner. All for about $90.

Have a look at the 3W Liners. They’re a great fit and a good deal as well. $20-25 off for Black Friday.

I bought WeatherTech floor liners: Part Number: 441695-1-3IM. These are an excellent fit and have sides tha come up over the sills. Some mats just cover the floor and dirt runs over the edge and under the mat. This does not happen with the WeatherTech product.

The issue with the Ford and Weathertech rubber floor mats is that they only come half way up the Dead Pedal. Because of this shortcoming, I find lots of debris, mud, dirt etc., fall in behind these mats.
I would highly suggest you buy a mat where the coverage goes right to the top of the Dead Pedal, this design will provide you with much better protection.

Tuxmat owners - any comments on using them with a manual? Love the coverage they seem to provide, just slightly concerned about wear/shifting.......since I have size 13 feet and often wearing hiking boots/winter boots here in northern New England. @LethalPerformance let me know if any comments. Thanks!

I ask this due to some comments on other vehicle forums....and Tuxmat recommends on its own site against using these for manuals for certain vehicles when shopping those (namely Wrangler)

Well - took the plunge with Tuxmats. 2-door manual build scheduled for the week of Jan. 8. Will come back with impressions once I have a manual truck to put them in :ROFLMAO:. Should come just in time for snow, followed by mud season

I disagree as I have had them all. Tux mat is the best out there right now. I will post some pics soon.
I will say having just taken the Tuxmats out of the box - the driver's side dead pedal part of the mat is just longer than my size 13 foot - so good coverage . That is longer/better than the Weathertechs we have in our 4Runner

I got the Ford mats with my Bronco, but I didn't like that they did not go up and over the door sill opening so dirt and stuff would get trapped in the gap between the mat and the bottom of the door (this was also an issue with my explorer that I had before).
I ordered Husky mats because they go up and onto the door sill the most of any mat I could find. With kids and dogs in and out of the Bronco, this was more preferable to having the pony on it. The Ford mats are more aesthetically pleasing to the eye but for my purpose the function won.
