I’ve been looking for the “above bumper” option with round lights as well. I’d like to mount a pair of whites and a pair of ambers. No luck yet.

What is the better choice if adding SAE fog lights to the modular bumper? Amber? Clear?

Planning to replace the dash headlight switch with the one that has the foglight button and connecting the fogs to the existing fog wire harness.
M&R fog lights...amber on one Aux switch, crazee bright white on another Aux Switch.

I went all clear… tbh, I went way too bright for ever using on road. At night, lights up everything clear as day though 🤷‍♂️

Here’s a short vid of factory lights, plus factory high beams, then aftermarket fogs, then with mini bar in brush guard

I would think that amber would be less reflective for fog and snow, cut through it better.

Apparently blue works well for snow, I guess you'd have to find a blue snap on cover to go over a white light for that though.
And you wild have to be Law enforcement or emergency services vehicle —Leo s notice blue lights on civilian vehicles.

Anyone use Oracle Fog Lights?
Yes I just got the yellow ones and installed. Impressive quality, they fit very well on the mod bumper and give great light. Super impressed considering they’re 1/3 of other kits. Wired it to Aux 3.
I have to say those aux switches and how Ford set that system up is pretty amazing. If anyone is hesitant on spending that 195 don’t be it’s the best 195 you’ll ever spend.

Is that the Baja Designs Fog Pocket Kit with bezel? If so, how do you like it? I'm leaning heavily toward that product.
It is. Have had a year now. The kit is great, fits perfectly, and easily installed to auxiliary switches. Puts off tremendous amount of light as well.

I got a chance to use all of my lighting on a trip to VT last month. I’m running Diode Dynamics because their SAE legal fog and driving lights are excellent.

SS3 Pro amber SAE fog
SS2 Pro white flood with amber backlight
SS2 Pro white SAE driving with amber backlight

Pillar mount
SS3 Sport amber SAE driving

I don’t think my wife understood why I spent the money on good lights until this trip. We were running 50-100 miles on rural backroads after dark most days, I’d hit the lights and be able to see everything down the road, she was very impressed. We’ve had the SS3 Pro amber fogs on her Tacoma for a couple years, they work great and light up the sides of the road nicely. The most impressive lights here are the SS2 Pro driving, they are brighter than the factory headlights and reach farther down the road. The SS3 Sport amber also work great, the sport seems to be enough with the more confined driving beam. The amber has less glare on the hood that I would expect from the white. I have everything wired to individual upfitter switches, I run the amber fogs 100% of the time then toggle the others as needed. I have found the SS2 floods to be of little use to me. They light up the tops of the trees and would probably be good for slow speed wheeling at night. I ordered a set of white fog lenses for them as I think I’ll get more use from that lens and the white fogs might be better for normal night driving than amber. At some point I’d like to figure out a safe way to trigger the SS2 white driving off the auto high beam circuit, that would allow me to drive in traffic without having to reach up and hit the switch for every car. A floor mounted dimmer or small push button switch on the console with a relay controlling the light’s ground is also a possibility. One more comment, the mod bumper wiring harness from @4x4TruckLEDs.com was perfect for my setup. I made my own harness for the pillar lights.

If I were buying everything again I’d do the SS3 Pro white SAE driving, SS2 Pro fogs in white and amber, and keep the SS3 Sport amber driving on the pillars.
