I think I may stick to contacting the General Manager at this dealer. He and I have had positive conversations about communication and the need for sales guys to be on point.
I'm trying to not be "that guy" who calls every other day, bitching and complaining, looking for their car, etc.. I've been only emailing them about every 45 days or so with a polite update request. If we can keep this moving forward, I'll keep my order with them.
I also asked them if they get an unfulfilled / canceled delivery to let me know. I don't mind paying for two Broncos. I may need spare parts lol..
