Yes that is correct. Either of those scenarios is feasible. You can transfer it to a new owner or cancel and receive a pro-rated refund.
@Zach@Granger thank you again for the great deal. Received my quote and as others mentioned it is cheaper than the competitors that most of us have used in the past.

Just received my quote for $0 deductible for 8/85K and it is $50 cheaper than Flood. I have never purchased an extended warranty before, but the 2.7 issues have me nervous. For folks who purchased the extended coverage, did you go with a deductible or no?
Tried this link and they can't find my VIN - purchased on 2/6. That said, called the phone number and my quote was over $3k for what seemed like the same coverage Flood Ford was selling for at $1690 - 8 years 100k miles. FWIW. I did send an email to Zach with my contact info so hope his price is same or possibly less.

I just purchased through Granger. Was easy. Agreed to the Quote they provided. They sent me a document to esign and then an electronic invoice to pay. I went with $50 deductible it was only $50 more than the $100 for the term I had selected.

We can get you a quote before it arrives, but we cannot finish the purchase until after the vehicle has been delivered to you and your selling dealership has reported it as sold in Ford's system.
