Update - my tracker now shows build waiting to ship to Dealer ( could take a few days to a week ) hopefully their timeline is on track. ..

Mine also built on 11/23, will be calling today to check if it has a chip hold.

How can you tell if there is a chip hold? My 23 Badlands with every available option is built (got email update today) and the email said it should deliver mid December to my dealer. Should I expect possible delays?

I reserved 27 months ago on 8/2/2020, ordered in Feb '21. Ford's website since then shows ordered pending scheduling, but no progress since. I reached out 3-4 times to the dealer over the past 1.5 yrs to see if I could change it and get the truck sooner. I never got a reply, until 11/20/22 when I got a "re-confirmed order" email from Ford.

I sent an email to cancel... something else I ordered showed up (also after a 2-year wait) - and the Ford dealer was happy to oblige with cancellation. The first response in 14 months. *shrug*

Yeah they are happy, because they will keep your order and put it on the lot with a 20k mark-up hah

My neighbor is a conductor and said several have already reached a deal and suspect the rest will in the next few days.

just Talked to my Dealer , they said mine is built “but” on chip hold . He said it’s hit or miss if it ships on time. Said they’ve seen it both ways ..
