It's working, I just went on there and chatted with Syrita.
Hasn’t been working for me either and I tried a couple different devices.

That is what I am doing. It isn't working on my computer for some reason. It has in the past.

Yeah that way works for me. There's also this page which has a button for chat and has not been working for me on any device for days. I'm hoping OP has been trying the latter method and that the former might work for him.

It’s only visible on my PC, not my phone. So I would suggest you try a non-mobile device using the first link I posted.
It doesn't work in Chrome. I've never gotten it to work in Chrome.
The ford web page I was using doesn't seem to have a chat link that works anymore, but the link above DOES work - again, NOT in Chrome, but it does work with Microsoft Edge. *sigh*
Strange because Chrome and Edge use the same browser engine.

They told me they can only look up performance models like the Raptor. 
I can see my build week on the backdoor link, but no email, no contact from the dealer, no VIN, nothing showing on my regular Ford log in account.
