I must not be Tech Savvy enough to figure out how to do the Ford Chat.
It seems from previous threads that they have been helpful.
I have an order # and VIN but cannot find an additional info.
Even on the Ford.com, it recognized the VIN, but no tracking or additional info?
I've done all the links for tracking, window sticker ect... Noda.
Thanks for any insight.

Honestly the best source of information is your dealer, because they have access to all of the information regarding your order—even more information than Ford's customer service reps have.

But I know some people have horrific dealers, so Ford Chat link.

Thanks for the rapid response.
"The link only appears during chat hours" is my Glitch.
I'm in Hawaii, so a 5 hour difference.
It just seems odd that the Ford.com acknowledges the VIN but no additional info?

Try DMing your information directly to @Ford Motor Company here on the forum so they can look at it on their end

Make sure you are entering the SALES CODE number (upper right corner of the dealers order printout) and not your 4 digit order code. If you don’t have the sales code number, the chat rep can look it up with the dealers name and location, just takes longer.

You have the VIN, did you get a production date?
You should have access to the tracker. As said, you need the sales code.
If you still can't get the tracker to work, or are unable to see the 'chat' function, try a different browser.

Your window sticker won't be available until about a week before the scheduled production week. The tracker will go into the 'in production' mode about that time.
When you do get the window sticker, it will show the 'blend date' which is the day it hits the assembly line, at which point you can start watching for the modules to populate. And then you wait for the 'built' status or e-mail.

Beyond that, don't expect to get additional info.
