The warning wouldn't show up on FDRS at all, but every dealership I've worked at the Oasis is printed out and attached with the repair order for the technicians to see.
Plus as a technician it's one of the very first things I look at before working on a vehicle.
But I'm sure it is possible that It would be missed in some cases like for instance if the specific dealer doesn't use paper repair orders at all and the technician doesn't check Oasis.
Sounds like you and your dealers are on top of things sadly this does not seem to be the norm in my area.
this latest trip for a front cv noise, leaking rear shock and A/C issue for my ā€˜22 for example was very disappointing. Three weeks they had the vehicle no big issue there as I called and they said drop it off and we will work it in. This was appreciated. No updates for a week and a half. Expected since it was a drop off. Near the three week mark my wife was getting annoyed and called. Was informed the a/c issue was resolved drivers side front axle replaced waiting on the rear shock. Get the call to pick it up. Shock not replaced a puddle of oil under the FDU(torn seal when replacing the axle.) I go in to see what’s up as we were told it’s ready. I talk to the service manager since I already inspected it. He says all good. I said Dave the shock has not been replaced and the FDU has gear lube drilling out of it. He turns around and asked the tech you compete the work in the bronco correct? Tech says yup finished Friday. Friday afternoon Dave was the one who called and said it was not done. Tech swears it’s all good. Well they did not replace any of the one time fasteners, put the used nuts back in the wrong places. Example the ball joint nuts were on the steering stabilizer link. Tech used what had to be an air hammer and left big indents on my spindle and sway bar. Torn the seal on the FDU and didn’t replace the shock. After showing the GM who I usually deal with. I took it home right then. A/C wiring left dangling and running the motor mount. I don’t have a pic of the sway bar end but have the same indent as the splindle and the nut was all rounded off for some reason(badlands sway bar setup)

Yikes, yeah that's some pretty terrible work. I don't understand how anyone would think that would be acceptable.
