Anyone else having problems adding a self service event? I see the add record button both on my phone and desktop but when I click it nothing happens. Can we still add self service events or is it suspended?

With the recent ford pass update they removed the self service option on the app.. if your app isn’t updated maybe thats why the link to add isn’t working? That said - works from the web for me though.

I'm running version 5.3.1 which I assume is the latest version. Not the best app I've ever used. It keeps telling me my vehicle is ON when it's been sitting in my driveway all night. And a simple thing like the Optimal Tire Pressure is now blank. Do they test this stuff before they roll it out or do they leave it to the customer to be the beta tester?

The new version of the app is terrible. I used the self service also that is now gone. I also used to use the app to turn on the zone lighting. It was great for locating the Bronco in a crowded parking lot, Ford disabled that too.
Did anyone test it before rolling it out?

I ran into the same thing twice now with this recent update. The app said my vehicle was on! I went out to the driveway to check. Jokes by on me for downloading this app which has just gotten worse.
