I have a 4dr 2.7 badsquatch ordered. Really don’t wanna go less than 330 per tank. Will premium fuel help?
I use premium I don't think it makes much of a difference on 33's I get between 14 and 15 city driving in sport mode with the V6.

My V6 on 33's and I leave it in sport mode I'm getting between 14 and 15, so 37's should be less they weigh a lot more.
My 37s and methods weigh 16lbs more than stock 35s.

Some of it Is going to depend on gearing. In just did a little over 2300 miles in my ‘21 OBX 4.27 gears on nitto terra Grappler G2 37x12.50/17”. Averaged 18.5 mpg that is combined driving highway and all our city driving. In town only daily I get 16.1. Down .5 for city driving from the 285/70(or 75 can’t remember stock badlands size) 17. Highest I seen was 400 miles to empty but that was heading out all highway across ohio flatland. Usually 330-355 to empty after a fill up depending where I go during daily life. Some weeks I never get over 40mph and never leave town.
stumbled upon this thread, looking to go to 37s also with 4.27 gears with the 2.3, if you’re still running ur setup how has it held up over the years?

Running my Braptor, I am averaging 14.5 MPG's In town and on the highway. I just came back from an off-road trip that was 4 hours away, and I stayed in that range, doing about 78mph in regular mode.

As of now, I am at 14.3mpg on the clock.

Has held up fine the stock coilovers gave out about 33k miles and started leaking oil so we swapped to the Eibach coilovers. We moved the 37’s to our second Bronco and have nearly 50k miles on it. Things we have learned. Upgrade to steering rack to the severe duty or one of the aftermarket billet racks. Ours gave out mid 20k miles. You want a +12mm offset or lower 0mm is the most common. We had to trim the rear crash bar mounts and eventually went to the jks big wheel kit. We run +18mm offset. Still get 16.5 around town and highway depends on too many factors. Wind, speed and if I drive vs the wife. We have gotten a little over 20mpg on a 500 mile trip. But have also got as low as 13.5 for a four hour trip into strong headwinds.

I’m running 37s on OEM Sasquatch wheels and a lot of other gear making the badlands quite heavy. I get mid 14 mpg, I fill up at 250mi every time generally, fuel light not on.

We should probably clarify whether we are talking stop and go city traffic, back road cruising, or interstate at 70-75mph. Makes a huge difference.

I have 37" Mickey Baja Boss's and drive in the city and average maybe 14-15 MPG, but I'm in a 2 door, 2.7 When my dad passed, I had to go get his cremation marker and had driven it on the highway, with the cruise on, around 70-75 for about 2-3 hours round trip and it got 17-18 MPG.

But I didn't buy the Bronco or do any of the mods for gas mileage.... I bought it because I wanted a nice, lifted 2 dr Bronco :)
