I have a 2023 Outer Banks and started getting faults at 877 miles. Lost connectivity and went to to dealer and was informed of a Gateway Module Failure. It has been at dealer for 3 days with no idea of when a replacement module will arrive. Service Tech said my Bronco needed a different GWM than most Broncos. I am in a courtesy car but realy concerned about the open ended timeline on a Bronco with low mileage. Thoughts or suggestions?

There is a new version of the Gateway module software. The Dealer just flashed mine to it last Friday. It was released last Wednesday.

There is a new version of the Gateway module software. The Dealer just flashed mine to it last Friday. It was released last Wednesday.
Umm. Would this fix me? How do they flash it if the car won't turn on? The dealership has my bronco right now and they have no idea what is wrong. Can you give me any leads to tell them? This could be very important. Thank you

All I can tell you is I took mine in for the Wiper issue and of course they said everything was normal, even though I had a video of the issue. I talked to the Service Manager who I have known for years, and he pulled up my vin on his computer and it showed several errors related to the gateway module from various components. He then said he saw the update which was listed as the fix for the errors I had. He said it was just release last Thursday. This was last Friday, and the technician probably did not have the notice on his laptop yet. I do not have the paperwork yet, because he is keeping the ticket open until I call back. Unfortunately, it will not rain again here until Saturday. As soon as I have the ticket I will see if I can get the service bulletin or TSB number.

Hi Shane,
Did you get a new Gateway Module? I've been waiting since Sept 18th for a replacement that is on backorder.

The gateway module is always powered up (unless you have a dead battery)... Or so it seems to be.

My dealer had no knowledge that updated Software was made available last week and they are working with Ford engineering on this
