In my experience, the most effective and objective way to handle is to personally interview two dealers in person, ask the questions that concern you, and go from there. Nowadays, the first question will be pricing for special orders, but there are other parameters as well. You can learn alot by wandering around the sales and service areas. This is how I have found my dealers as I have moved around the country. Finally, if you have time, the best way to start is to get your car serviced there.
