That was a pre-production video using 3/16 brackets. They did not touch the rockers but did have a little movement.

These are now made with beefy gusseted 1/4 brackets. Yes will hold the weight of the entire vehicle even coming off of big ledges. We have tested thoroughly on some of the best trails.

I’m very happy with the sliders. We will be testing Them more in November when we hit the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway. For now, they are working great to stop wild doors from nailing my doors in parking lots. Already seeing scratches on them from people’s doors, which is annoying, but I‘m so glad it’s the slider and not my doors. These bolted up perfectly and are very stout.
