Goose gear tailgate table installed!

Received my Goose gear tailgate table yesterday and just got done installing it. Incredibly easy and this thing is beautiful. Well worth the money and wait. Anyone on the fence I would recommend getting one. Took 20mins to install.

Its well worth the price! Build quality is on point. I don't want some cheap ass piece of thin sheet metal rattling around back there. You get what you pay for.

I have one on my Rubicon, and plan on getting another for my Raptor. Pricy, yes. But as the OP says, you get what you pay for. Notably: no support cables (makes a big difference in how you use the table), no rattling, super strong attachment points, slideout wood cutting board. Pretty much the most capable tailgate table on the market (closest second in my mind is the Outback Adventure Trailgater which runs about $350). For what I'm spending on these cars, the price differential for a great table is a drop in the bucket...

Any pics with the table closed? GG's website doesn't have any, either. I have their Stealth Sleep Package plate system in my 2-door, and can attest to the quality.

Buying Bronco accessories this early in the game is a rich man’s sport.

Goose Gear always charges a premium. They look like nice kit but they are priced for a certain crowd that sees the name as an important aspect of the product.
That being said here is the alternative I chose. It’s due to be shipped soon and is from a reputable company although without such a highly regarded nameplate.

I found this company by watching Brad on Trail Recon. Seems to be top quality and it’s available in three different coatings.

I don’t know for sure but I thought the trailgater doesn’t require drilling into the tail gate. I’ll have to check the instructions. I think they made a proprietary design to prevent that.
