Sell it to them and at the very end let them know there's a $10,000.00 ADM fee on top of the sale price.

Lol, old dealer trick. Can't believe people still fall for it

Their goal is to get you into the dealership and get you into something with a bigger and longer payment under the guise of them giving you an awesome deal on your "in demand" vehicle.

Not falling for anything. 5 hours away. They can shoot numbers at me all day by email. So there is zero pressure.

A few years ago I received a similar letter from a dealer. I went in and we talked and they gave me the paperwork to review, it was about $20 more per month, but thought well worth it. Until I noticed my current 5 em year payment was being replaced with an 8 year. I’m still annoyed I went in and fell for the payment pricing.

not saying this is what they are doing, but it might be. As others have said, dealers don’t do things to be nice, they do them to make money.

If your ‘22 is in good shape, its easy to get more than you paid originally. BUT… if you bought in ‘22, than you may have a <2% interest rate (mine was 1.75). Now the rates are ~5%+. I’m sure they’re happy to get you out of a loan they’re losing money on, sell you a much more expensive vehicle, and stretch your payment out to make it ‘look’ like a great deal.

I recently traded in my ‘22 OBX (7/20 res holder) for more than I paid on a ‘23 WT but only because I ordered the WT back in early ‘22 and got the special offers and PP on the new one. Lost the great interest rate so just paid cash.

I ended emails when they said interest would be in the 6’s. I don’t need a new one. Mine is mint. It was my other favorite color. Cactus gray.
